Assia DJOUADI is a doctor at the University of El-Oued, Algeria and has performed her postdoctoral research at Yıldız Technical University in Istanbul, Turkey. Her scientific research is released in the Valorization and technology of Sahara Resources Laboratory (VTRS) at El-Oued University, Algeria. Her research activities focus on Fatty acids analysis, Gas chromatographic analysis, Electroanalytical chemistry and Antioxidant activity using electrochemical technics.
