Abdelkader Mahmoudi was born in El Oued, Algeria, on September 07th, 1992. He received a B.S. degree in Industrial Automation from the University of Sidi Belabbes, in 2015 and M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oum elbouaghi, in 2017. He received a Ph.D. degree in control and diagnosis of electrical systems at the Department of Electrical Engineering Biskra He is a Researcher member in the LMSE Laboratory, and also with the CISE— Electromechatronic Systems Research Centre, Covilhã, Portugal (http://cise.ubi.pt). He is Currently Assistant Professor with the Department of Electromechanical Engineering, University of Eloued. In January 2018, until 2019.His research interests include Synchronous reluctance machines, machine fault modeling, machine fault detection, and fault tolerant control, model predictive control for power converters and motor drives systems., advanced control. control of renewable energy systems, and Swarm optimization techniques
