Belgacem Tikialine is a Research Professor in Mathematics at the University of Bechar, Algeria. He received his PhD in Mathematics from the University of El Oued in 2024, specializing in Differential Equations and Applications . His research lies broadly in Applied Mathematics, with particular interests in nonlinear partial differential equations, nonlinear analysis, dynamical systems, stability and asymptotic analysis, mathematical modelling, and mathematical physics. His work focuses on the qualitative analysis of nonlinear evolution equations, including well-posedness, stabilization, energy decay, and long-time behaviour, using analytical tools such as energy methods, Lyapunov functionals, functional analysis, semigroup theory, compactness methods, and asymptotic techniques. His broader research interests include nonlinear wave equations, wave propagation, boundary control and stabilization, mathematical fluid mechanics, kinetic theory, conservation laws, viscoelastic and thermo-viscoelastic systems, and continuum models. He is particularly interested in interdisciplinary problems connecting partial differential equations, dynamical systems, mathematical physics, and applied mathematical modelling. His current research aims to develop rigorous analytical methods for complex evolutionary systems and to explore new applications of PDEs and dynamical systems in wave phenomena, fluid and kinetic models, stability and control, and related areas of applied mathematics.
