Prof. Mohamed-Khireddine KHOLLADI state is a doctor graduated in Computer Science from INSA Lyon in France. He was Rector of the University Echahid Hamma El Oued Lakhdar. He was director MISC research laboratory of the University Abdelhamid Mehri 2 Constantine Constantine. IT is still president of the Science and Development Association (ASD) at the University of brothers Mentouri Constantine 1 Constantine. I am a member of several international networks such as: ACIT (Arab Network of ICT), CCIS (Arab Network of ICT), Cassini in France, etc. My research points are: geographical information systems (GIS), computer graphics, image processing and synthesis, knowledge bases, metaheuristics, complex systems, national archives, ICT, etc. Indeed, I have contributed significantly to the development of scientific research in the field of computer science in France and Algeria, and especially improving the quality of IT research centers would be for me an exceptional opportunity. Throughout my career as a teacher-researcher and manager, I have contributed to the influence of IT in Algeria (especially for universities in the east) as well as educational scientist. My resume speaks volumes about my career. My strengths are to achieve my sense of accomplishment and organization and my determination to be conscientious and studious are serious pledges and my will to achieve my professional ambitions, educational and scientific.
